I think we should keep the TE, but am cool with everything else. How did you guys normally handle the waivers? Also, do we have a rough time frame on when we plan on starting?

EasyE gave me his pick when we are ready.
We all good with dropping kickers and def and adding a flex instead? That is an easy one we can make right now. We can decide about FAAB / Waivers while we are drafting. I am pulling the proposal for TE removal.
If nobody objects, I will change it now. Seems like most were on board with dropping k/def to add a flex.

people at the back should get something if we go to FAAB though. They shouldn't get double fricked by a random generator
also I can't put it in draft mode until all have taken ownership of their team in clicky. I also made you an assistant on there so you can make picks

I disagree. I have won leagues drafting from the back. I don't think it's a major disadvantage. We will vote though.

Are you saying that because normally the back end benefits early through waivers?
I just look at that as luck of the draw. IMO being able to have a free for all in the FA pool outweighs getting a later pick. It's just how the game works. Someone gets 1 and someone gets 12, you know?
Also, I was under the impression we make our own picks with clickydraft. Is that not the case? We just relay our picks in here?

No you do make your own picks but some owners are really shitty about doing that. Others may know who they want but might not be able to pick at that moment.
