She’s going to have to certify this in January.

Doubtful. But it doesn’t matter now anyway.

Nope. They changed the rules after 2020
quote:
After the 2020 election, there was a significant change to the process surrounding the Vice President’s role in certifying election results. In the aftermath of the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, some concerns arose about the potential for the Vice President to overturn or influence the outcome of the Electoral College certification process.
To address these concerns, Congress passed the Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act of 2022 as part of a larger omnibus spending package. This reform made several key changes:
Clarified the Vice President’s Role: The new law explicitly states that the Vice President's role in the certification process is largely ceremonial. The Vice President cannot unilaterally reject state-certified electoral votes or alter the outcome of the election.
Raised the Threshold for Objections: Previously, just one member of the House and one member of the Senate could object to a state's electoral results. Under the new law, it requires at least one-fifth of each chamber of Congress to object to a state’s electoral votes for the objection to be considered.
Tightened Procedures for Contesting Results: The reforms clarified that the process for contesting electoral votes should be much more restrictive, reducing the possibility of frivolous or partisan challenges.
The changes aimed to ensure a clearer, more straightforward process for certifying the election results and preventing any individual from having the power to disrupt the democratic outcome.

"have to" ... no she doesn't, they make up their own rules and I'd be surprised if she actually does certify this

They thought they were so smart by passing this. Little did they know that this would come back to bite them in the arse so quickly.
Love the boomerang…

That right there is indicative of our whole problem. And it’s a massive problem.
