How is it that Florida with 2 major hurricanes basically destroying a couple hundred miles of coast line and homes can vote and get results in on Election Day but a few key counties in other states takes days after the election to count votes?

People whose ancestral past is tied to living in glacial areas had to learn planning to survive harsh winters.
Planning was key to survival.

Simple answer: They (I.e. politicians of a certain party) don’t want the votes counted timely. There is zero logical reason a state like Louisiana with 4.5M people can get things counted in one day but a county in AZ (Maricopa) with 3.1M people can’t other than they simply don’t want to

It is interesting that all votes were counted up until when? 2016? on Election Day except that one time in Florida .
