I don't think they do. Not as much at least. Trump winning the 18-29 demographic in a few of those swing states. Who's going to riot? All the old arse suburban white women?

If Trump wins, they will definitely riot. They will do another coordinated effort where they attack multiple cities at the same time like they did not long after he won in 2016.
They did the coordinated attacks a few times in the period between after he won and his inauguration. One of the attacks during his inauguration was DC. They set fire to DC during trump's inauguration. And all the law enforcement agencies basically looked the other way.
Since none of them were seriously punished for doing it after the 2016 win, they'll probably do again if he wins this time..
