Like the GOP did Obama? They will be a minority but there are plenty of stalling tactics they can use, especially with a modetate Republican or two on board. Cruz pledged last week to deny Hillary her SCOTUS nominees. Is turnabout fair play?

I'm sure people will complain.

My thinking is simply that it's the job of elected officials to fight for what they said they'd fight for.

Then. The people can decide if they were right. I will oppose them stalling but I won't pretend it isn't just good politics

For what reason? The GOP slowed them down because historically that's what happened in election years.
