What's with CNN and "Breaking News"??

They literally say "Breaking News" before anything they say. It's so stupid.
---- "CNN Breaking News" -- "This is Wolf Blitzer with Breaking news, Hillary hasn't started speaking yet"

I think they forgot the definition of breaking news.
