Oh how I've wished for this for so long now. Sometimes the answer to a problem is right in front of you. Just make it a right of citizenship similar to the Jewish state. Amazing how many would mature and see the error of their ways.

It really does. I've seen dudes get beaten down by cops on Bourbon St. just for being drunk and acting a clown. I'm talking getting their faces whipped and teeth broken with billy clubs. They may not do that anymore though.

I live in the middle of it. They spray painted my street after they left Lee Circle. Want to know how many sirens I heard during all of it? Not one. I'd love to hear how many of these assholes actually got arrested.
