still "libertarian as it get"?
But but but there was a one libertarian policy Trump supported that's all thats needed...right?

I like Johnson but Trump is the man. Trump was the only answer this election. FYI I voted for G.J. last election. MAGA

You clearly don't know what acumen means

he may be, but you wasted your vote because you wanted to feel special.

I would say the same about you. Trump is for congressional term limits. That's as liberterian as it gets.
of all the potential policies out there, and all the policies Trump has discussed, THAT is your example for "as libertarian as it gets"? that's not even really a strong libertarian issue (although Johnson does agree with it, even though i don't)

You aren't a liberterian, if you vote Johnson. You're merely a nonconformist.
naw. i live in a 100% Trump state and I want the party to get 5%
Posted on 11/8/16 at 8:12 am to AggieDub14
Don't get me wrong, I'm not libertarian and I'm not voting for that retard but the two party system is a complete farce
Posted on 11/8/16 at 8:12 am to AggieDub14
The Libertarians are idiots. I mean in a year where people were aching for a viable 3rd option the libertarians nominated Gary Johnson....I mean that has to be the worst Libertarian candidate in years.

He has his shortcomings, but I'd say he's the best choice we have this cycle

the GOP nominated Trump

If he gets 5% nationally it isn't wasted.

Lol at people who think voting Gary Johnson is any way contributing to making 3rd parties viable in this country. You are actually doing the opposite and solidifying the existing power structure if nothing else.

And frick all the people voting for either of them.

GJ is a good dude but a much better LP candidate for 2012 when there wasn't a lot of focus than one for 2016 when the circus was in town and the LP was getting a lot of publicity. there weren't many other good options. it's a strange bunch but you're only going to get better candidates with better funding and more exposure
maybe next cycle, we can get a real candidate like me or JEssie Ventura

Donald Trump is the candidate that 3rd party pumpers have been waiting for and they can't get their head out of their arse to understand it.
No. He's a relative outsider, said a few interesting things, but ultimately the feeling is "frick, why did it have to be this orange clown?"

This whole damn thread is about a 3rd party.

Yes I agree the GOP was dumb to nominate Trump but the pickings were mighty slim this cycle.
