Hillary nor Bill. This could lead to him being left "holding the bag" all by his whittle self. MAGA Has the power, he tells them to all go away, shaddup, and if they been good, he might pardon them down the road. MAGA is in the power seat baws!

He might have to pardon himself.

Hillary nor Bill.
Yes he can, the question is will he even bother?

he most certainly can pardon her.

Yes he can. See Ford, Gerald and Nixon, Richard.

No. Obama can't. There isn't a charge to pardon.
Wait until he leaves, THEN charge her.

Article 2 Section 2 states
"shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment."
It does not say "convictions". Offenses is NOT convictions.
President Ford pardoned ex president Nixon before Nixon was indicted much less convicted.

There is nothing to pardon with Clinton. SHE is no longer being investigated. No charge. Nothing.

The article out on Drudge says Obama may pardon th Weiner family.
So I presumed he couldn't pardon someone in his cabinet or administration.

Weiner is under active investigation. That's the difference.
