Do you understand how UnAmerican this sounds?
You vote for the candidate whose platform you agree with the most. Period.
And legitimizing a third party is very important in this country. We will continue to have gridlock and old Washington will never erode without it.

Primaries are where you vote for your "guy", not the general. He's a terrible representative of true libertarians, but you don't actually care. The national election is where you unite to stop Hillary. Maybe you should phone the libertarian party up and tell them not to nominate scrubs and you won't have to keep wasting votes.
