Finally a liberal speaks the truth

The real reason the Democrats lost the election.
quote:
Wikileaks has a 10-year record of never releasing a single falsified document, and is not connected to Russia. Everything they released were the actual e-mails of Hillary Clinton and her campaign staff. You had the opportunity to look through a window into the Hillary Clinton campaign, but you didn’t. By ignoring the leaks, you ignored reality. By not listening to your fellow Americans, and accusing them of being “conspiracy theorists” and trusting the corporate media, you ignored reality. By only following other liberals on social media, and only reading liberal or corporate news, once again ignoring reality. When Hillary Clinton was caught rigging the primary against Bernie Sanders, and Democrats nominated her anyway they ignored reality. Everyone was simply insulating themselves within their own echo chamber ignoring anything outside their bubble

I finally heard some windbags at CNN -- Wolf Blitzer and his sidekick whomever -- admit this morning: "We aren't America. Washington isn't America. The media isn't America. And somehow all this digital media and connectedness has further insulated us from real America. We're out of touch. And it's getting worse."
Paraphrased. But close. It's at least the first step. When you admit you have a problem.

He nailed it. And his target audience will continue to reject him. They are convinced they already know the truth. They are not open to other viewpoints or realities.

I had this very conversation today. In DC. Blue areas thought the red areas were the bubbles. Red areas think blue areas are the bubbles. But it is red that is right; it's the blue that's the bubble. Last night showed that.
Give us some credit.
Give us some credit.

It's such a wake up call for the DNC and the MSM. I hope they get the clue.

Even if he's on a different political spectrum than me, he still says things like this:
It's a very true statement, regardless of your political beliefs. Forcing individuals to do anything always has a blowback effect.
quote:
I believe in free will, and it is remarkable how freedom itself corrects many of the issues you’re concerned about. I think most Americans, and most deplorables can all agree on the value and importance of freedom, and that’s something we can rally around and work towards together. In doing so, all the “isms” will eventually work themselves out naturally without having to force anything.
