She cannot cancel shite if she is sent packing. All of these idiots are going to run a 4.3 to get to the polls and vote her inept arse back in.

Hard to say, but I have a feeling that will be a major discussion for the mayor race in October & November this year.

I don’t understand this. Why would she want to diminish Mardi Gras? It’s a huge moneymaker for the city.

It’s not really a social issue, right? Black people have a huge part in Mardi Gras.

What’s her goal?

I'll tell you what her goal is (in my opinion).

This out of towner from Compton, Los Angeles, California has NO SENSE OF WHAT IS NEW ORLEANS. I don't care that she came here for college and stayed. She didn't grow up here; she doesn't get it.

From the things she has said publicly, on the record, and her actions, she is clearly a left coast Marxist radical; dedicated to taking down literally and symbolically the "white power structure".

She is intent on doing her part to gradually replace New Orleans' culture (including many aspects of black New Orleans culture) with that Marxist culture. Marxist radicals like her think that the Krewe of Zulu parading in blackface is a shameful travesty; and that Mardi Gras Indians' time spent making their beautiful costumes would be better spent protesting social injustice.

And like most Marxists, she has an innate sense of envy that leads to a sense of entitlement, for her and her cronies. SHE doesn't have to follow rules about city-issued credit cards; SHE doesn't have to pay her income taxes on time; SHE is entitled to as many secretaries and administrative assistants she want and can pay them six-figure salaries if she wants to.

If Toya is re-elected not a chance in hell. If Toya is voted out, would say better than 50% it will be. Mostly depends on how well Biden "crushes the virus with his 100 day challenge." Midterms don't start until late 2022, so we should be good in early 2022 before COVID kicks back up for mail in voting.

I hope so, but nothing would surprise me anymore.
