How many different exercises do you get in daily?

I am talking about in the gym... Normally i have 50mins to workout daily during lunch. I work out one body part daily and pushing it i normally get in 5 to 6 different lifts for each body part. 3 sets of 10-12 for each. Does this sound pretty efficient enough?

Yoga in the morning and road cycling in the afternoon

i need to do cardio myself. once time changes and i have more daylight when i get home i should be able to run a couple miles a day. Just working an hr from home, plus a 7month old there is not enough time in the day. I get an hr lunch so i use it the best i can.

Maybe 3 in 1.5 hours. They are marathons I swear.

Today I did Squat/Bench/Row 5 sets each along with warmups and probably did it in about an hour. Also did some jump rope warm up

Sounds almost identical to my daily routine. Have been hitting it 6x/week recently. I've been doing my weight lifting first, one muscle group per day with the exception of chest and tri's on the same day. I do between 6-8 different exercises per group, 10 reps per exercise. Next month, or in a couple weeks, I'll change that up, add weight and drop the sets to 5.
Also have been running between a mile - mile 1/2 after workouts. Mostly doing sprints and uphill runs rather than straight line running a mile.

Usually 20-30 sets of 5-6 exercises plus a strongman/conditioning circuit at the end.
