Biden ran on the promise that he knew how to end this pandemic. Now, 8 months after taking office, he is finally putting in a plan. Why did it take 8 months? Those bullet points could have been written in a 2 hour meeting the first week after taking office.

As some have pointed out, the Delta variant is petering out, so they will claim that there plan worked, even though in reality, they won't have done much, except take credit for the inevitable downturn in cases. How will they explain it when the next variant flares up?
