90 players is the off-season roster max. We currently have 79 total players under contract for 2021.

We went into the draft with 62 players under contract. We drafted 6 players, & signed 11 udfa's.

I'm sure we're going to add some more vet free agents. Our F.A. needs look like DT, OG, CB, WR, & LB. Maybe TE & Safety to a much lesser extent.

QB, RB, FB, OC, OT, P, K, LS, & DE are basically already full. We don't need to use anymore assets on these positions imo.

WR and CB seems to be our thinnest groups.

CB -- need a veteran starter
WR -- #2 WR is a big question mark. Would like an experienced guy to fight for the job
DT -- need some depth here
TE -- lacking experience and depth
S -- lacking some veteran depth here imo

On paper...DT is very thin. We have a lot of unknown young guys here that might end up being worth a shite though.

When Shy Tuttle is your 2nd DT...that's pretty thin. I think Tuttle will step up as a starter this year, but he's never played anything more than backup snaps.

i'm hoping Dalton steps up and can compete for that 4th spot on roster.

Pretty much agree. My biggest worry is CB. We basically lucked into Jenkins and there was a cosmic hole at the position for years before we landed him on the roster. Quality boundary CBs are extremely hard to find. I am not sure how reliable a vet would be at this point based on what is available. I think we would have to luck out again TBH and I am not that hopeful.

Sort of similar to WR. Although I always thought vet WRs were easier to find, but we had a hard time getting a reliable #2 a couple of years before Sanders came in. Thomas broke records because he had to break records. I am not convinced Smith is that guy until he shows otherwise. I do think there will be a crop of vet WRs that will hit the market after cuts, so I am less worried here.

I think we can find a rotational DT in FA as well as a TE. Not too worried there. I am not sure about safety. I am not sure how solid we are at LBer either at this point outside of Davis, but Kwon really showed how much a good LBer was needed to pair with Davis. I could see a vet added like a Tua, Alonzo type.

Veteran DTs always come loose during training camp. Probably be a two down guy but somebody will be available.

LB & CB to me are our thinnest right now. At LB we are banking on 2nd yr Baun and rookie Werner, if either one of those don't step we have a horrible defense let alone if Davis were to get hurt.

CB is thin, but we do have CGJ, P-Rob that you can fall back on at least a little if Adebo doesn't pan out

DT-Onyemata, Roach, Tuttle. Good 3 man rotation, nothing spectacular but should be solid against the run

WR-Still not great behind Thomas, Harris is improving, Calloway showed promise, TQS has moments, Lil-Jordan showed a couple glimpses of hope late season

Fortunately there seems to actually be some decent options still available at both of those positions. I wouldn’t mind seeing them bring in Dede Westbrook and Golden Tate for a workout. Steven Nelson is a solid Corner to look into too
