We don’t

With the closing of theaters, Netflix has made me realize how many fricking trash films they put out.

I've never been so mad watching a movie.

I mean she was pretty good in the role written for her but the movie was fricking awful.

I guess the fact that I still want her tortured and murdered means that she gave a convincing performance.

She was amazing as a psycho, evil bitch in Gone Girl. I mean that in the best possible way about her acting talent. This seems like a decent continuation of that.

That being said, giving the award to evil characters always sits a little weird.

Super excited about WoT with her.

It's the Globes, dude.

Also, they've been trying to give her a Globe like every year since Gone Girl came out. They're apparently Pike obsessives.

She’s an outstanding actress. Don’t get this line of thinking.

I can’t stand Meryl Streep and think she is a condescending prick, but she’s still a fantastic actress and usually deserves her nominations.

She apparently is a major character in Amazon's Wheel of Time series being made right now. It will supposedly rival Game of Thrones.

She was great in this role. Everyone who comments on this movie mentioned how much they hate her. It’s not easy to get people to feel that passionate about a performance.

And had a lot less competition this go around

Was it for that recent movie where she is scamming old people (idr the name). shite was awful and couldn't finish it. Netflix content has been waning for a while imo but I pay for it anyway...

WOT is a lot different than Thrones, but yes she is a major character.

They had already filmed most of season 1, then covid shutdown them down. They went back to Prague to finish it off, and then covid shut them down again. They are on pace to go back in April and finish it up, with the show coming out either late summer or fall.

8 episodes. Big budget, somewhere around 80-100 mill for the season.
