This board is going to melt so hard if it isn't Nielsen, but then again a portion of this board will melt no matter who they hire.

If it is Nielson, is anyone concerned with the lack of experience of the coordinators Coach Orgeron is hiring?

No, at this point it’s win it all or go home. Give me the 2 coordinators with the highest ceilings. Peetz and Nielsen are those 2.

Just seems like a big risk to have your top two coaches learning on the job for a coach that needs to win next year. Is their any ex-coordinators on the support staff that can help?

A little. Nielsen does have college coordinator experience at several schools though. Also was recruiting coordinator at NC State.

No. We’re not wanting the “safe” hires any more. We want the creative younger guys.
