Let's keep in mind that he just assembled and led the greatest team in the history of college sports last year.

This year is an outlier, due to some of the following reasons:
- COVID
- Losing multiple players to opt-outs and the NFL draft
- Some questionable hires, like Pelini. But also some Homerun hires and recruiting from the Transfer Portal.
- BLM
- Sleeping with much younger women and taking pictures in bed and at the casino pool with them

Of course, if he covered up his players raping/beating women, or boosters stealing money to pay off the parents of players, or ex-players throwing $100 bills in the air then he must go. If not, he deserves another year, at least.

So who’s fault is it for all of the above reasons we suck?

After you answer that question, then you can end your own thread

All of this shite is his fault.

And literally every other p5 coach has handled COVID better when you look at it from a roster management perspective.

I disagree vehemently. 2017 and 2018 didn't meet expectations, but they were nowhere near the dumpster fire we've got right now.

This season has been a 0. 2017 was a 6. 2018 might have been a 7. 2019 was a smoking hot 10.

uhh what?

Compare all of his years side by side, there are at least 2.5 years that look like this one, and only 1 year that looks like last year. The rest are somewhere in between but no other year even looks close to last year.

2019 is the Outlier.

- COVID

Everyone is dealing with this. And dealing with it more effectively.

- Losing multiple players to opt-outs and the NFL draft

It's part of his job title to keep active players that can stay.

- Some questionable hires, like Pelini.

This is not a reason. This is a mistake that he made. Directly.

- BLM

His choices.

His choices.

What is this deal with absolving O of any choice he makes? It's odd. We should all be held accountable for our choices. Simple as that.

Not sure he deserves it, but if the Title IX stuff doesn't give Woodward an opening, then yes, he's probably here next year unfortunately.

- The homerun hires make up for the questionable hires. At least for 1 year.
- We can't control the NFL taking our players, and it is actually good for recruiting in the long term.
- We can't control political movements, like BLM. Unless Eaux mandates all campus security new hires must be black.
- Sleeping with much younger women and taking pictures with them is on Eaux.

Uh no. O has has way more misses than home runs.

It's his job to manage the roster. You can stick your head in the sand and pretend that's not the case, but it is. Clemson, tOSU, Bama all deal with this every year, and all are doing it much much better than what O is.

Why is hires plural? He's made one homerun hire and two total disaster hires that he had to get out of within a year.

This is horrifying that people actually think we should keep O. Jafari, are you blind or just really ignorant? People have been fired for less. This is how you want your program run? This is embarrassing!

This looks familiar I think it’s been posted almost Word for Word at least 10 times on this board

This is where everyone was a few days ago. The problem is, shite is out of control and there’s a scandal. Scandal always = hc gone. Name another school where it hasn’t. He’s hc and it happened on his watch. Damage is done and players know it. Why do you think everyone is leaving? You think they don’t know a dumpster fire when they see it? It’s over.

Thats easy to say, unless you consider he was the Head Coach who assembled and led the Greatest Team in the History of College Sports.

He did, but now the fans have turned, the players have turned, and the administration has turned. It happened to Baylor. They didn’t win a national championship, but they were the best the program had ever been in their history. That’s just the reality at the moment.

Also becoming more and more skeptical of the Pelini thing. Not only did O play a hand in hiring him. He left this man with a BARE CUPBOARD, young players with no experience and/or out of shape, and zero feedback. He literally knows nothing about the defense or offense.
