I am only speculating and reading the tea leaves, but I believe Coach O will either be terminated for cause or be forced to step down.

I would have never thought this possible coming into the season, but it feels and smells like it’s happening. It’s been an avalanche of bad decisions, negligence, bad circumstances, and bad luck, which have created the perfect storm and will probably culminate with O’s dismissal.

IMO, it’s no longer a question of if, but when.

Regardless of his shortcomings and mistakes, I will be forever appreciative of his role - however large or small - in bringing us the 2019 season.

Orgeron and Pelini are both going to be here next season, and we're going to have a very good season.

TAF lost what in revenue? 80 million this year? per reports? O won't be bought out. he will only be gone with cause. i see O back here next year. are we gonna buy out Bo and spit out a shite ton more for a new guy again?

O and Bo could both very well be here next year just based on MONETARY reasons alone.

Hey sign me up. Where else can you be paid millions even though you are incompetent with no skills except smashing cans against your head. And then, even better, you make more being fired than you did working. O drove away the best defensive coordinator we ever had and hired a terrible guy in his place. He has lost the respect of his players and they can't wait to get away from him. How can things ever get any better with him at the helm?

How true. I hate it for him, but he did it to himself.

What coach in their right mind would want replace the guy that the current year was absolutely perfect?
Then got fired... and for what? Bc they lost? Made a bad DC hire? Lost his qb and had to play true freshman ? Had some opt outs?
