If you get rid of the entire staff without cause you’re looking at over 30 million in contract buyouts. This doesn’t account for what it costs to bring in a new staff.

It simply isn’t going to happen unless they can fire for cause.

The reason I say the entire staff if you bring in a new coach he might keep a few guys but for the most part everyone else will be told hit the bricks.

What coach in their right mind would want replace the guy that the current year was absolutely perfect?
Then got fired... and for what? Bc they lost? Made a bad DC hire? Lost his qb and had to play true freshman ? Had some opt outs?

Especially during the midst of the worst year in most Americans lives.

Would you want that job?

Do you people think before you post? Seriously? Or Do you just vomit on your keyboard

You can't fire him less than a year removed from a national championship and the roster and staff turnover.

Unless it's for cause, but I'm not sure what that cause would be.

It never ends now, dumb arse post after dumb arse post, O is not going anywhere any time soon, and it’s one of the craziest years of football ever, you spoke all facts here sir, I just don’t even come on tiger drippings as much as I used to now, with all the negativity going on, and best believe the players hear and know about tigerdroppings as well now, who doesn’t now and the negativity on here.

If its accurate a player went to O, said Guice raped his girlfriend and O responded girls sleep around then he is gone. If that player gives a deposition during the Title IX investigation then LSU legal team will run with it. That right there is in the gray area "for cause". A great coach would have had those actions covered for by his school, but LSU isnt going to do that because O isnt a great coach and has embarrassed himself along with the university. Only a fool would not see that LSU is going to search far and wide to get out from under O's contract.

I cannot disagree. Hope they can implicate him in the recent unpleasantness and fire with cause. He can go plow his sugar baby.
