Last day of 4 day hunt in Missouri on extended family farm
Perryville, MO

No wind
Daughter in ladder stand with Fortitude bow on two funnels
Son in ladder stand on oak ridge with Barnett crossbow
Been hunting mountable bucks the first 3 days, shooting does today in addition
Seen some deer the first 3 days but nothing big enough

Saw seven yesterday afternoon, day 1 of a 4 day doe season for our county.

Update: daughter just shot at a good 8 pointer, looked like a hit, still have deer out, waiting on them to leave to check for blood

Got my 6 yr old girl and 9 yr old girl in box stand over field. Saw 4 does but the wind is terrible and they didn’t come in. 7 turkeys in front now.

Pop tart time is 7am and right now that’s what’s we’re holding on for.

Good luck all! It’s been so unseasonably warm here, our deer visibility has gone super low. Game cameras are churning at night though. Supposed to get cold next week.
