i'm happy about it...........because, it is stupid.....the rule and the exchanging of the jerseys........AND, it'll piss some of the players off.

They worded it dumb but the point is to limit unnecessary interaction as much as possible yet still play the game
They should have said "when the game is over the players are to immediately run into the locker room. There will be no shaking hands with the opposing team or speaking with the media on the field"

How is this any better? "Hey guys, you just dry humped each other up and down the field for 60 minutes, but let's not get carried away and shake hands after the game!"
What about all the cross contamination of the footballs used? What about when the coach hands the QB his slick microsoft tablet to study the interception he just threw. OH YEAH WHAT ABOUT THE DEFENSIVE PLAYER WHO JUST TOUCHED THE OFFENSIVE TEAMS FOOTBALL!?

There are plenty of backups and whatnot that do not see game time each week. The point is to limit unnecessary interaction. It's not really that hard of a concept to understand.
