Does anyone know the Pels record this season with Zion playing?
I remember they were pretty awful without him!

The biggest loss was losing Favors IMO. That was when we went skidding.
We have no true front court depth on defense so losing him was huge.
Zion is obviously better defensively than Melli but he still needs a ton of work there. Favors is a very respectable anchor for the defense and without him it was like opening the flood gates.
I think Hayes and Ingram both have untapped defensive potential but need to add weight to their frames.
Zion is solid when not moving defensively but in space his lateral movement seems stiff compared to some of the players he is asked to guard.
However to answer your question. A healthy Zion undoubtedly means more wins. We would have a firm grip on 8th and would have had the chance to make up ground and contend for 4th-7th based on our original closing schedule

But even that is pretty misleading given that we're 10.1 pts per 100 possessions better than our opponents when Zion is on the court.

Zion played 19 games didn’t he?
I thought we were 11-8 since he came back.

Agreed, when Favors came back we went 22-14

I would say of the 9 loses, 6 or 7 should have been wins. This is mostly taking away Zion's minutes restriction. Also, only one double digits loss to the Bucks and the game was much closer until Wesley and Giannis went off in the 3rd qtr.
