At home car washing with pressure washer

I got an electric (greenworks 2300) pressure washer. Anyone have any luck with filling the tank with car wash and having a clean car? I saw that “pressure washer” approved liquid is required - any recommendation?

I wouldn't do it, unless you can dial the pressure back. I have a little 1750 PSI washer and really only use it to blast bugs off the windshield and clean the rims. A good brush and a bucket of water is the fastest way I've found at home, and really cleans the cars.

Chemical Guys make a pressure washer kit that is legit.

I'd never use a pressure washer to clean the body of my vehicles and have only used mine a couple times after hitting the dump after a bunch of rain and accumulating a ton of mud on the undercarriage.
Even then, I made sure not to hit things like bushings, rubber cups, areas with grease fittings, etc. and damn sure nowhere near anything electronic.
You can hand wash the average car in half an hour.

I use that same electric Greenworks for my 5th wheel. I added a foam gun from Chemical Guys and a very soft bristled brush with extension pole to scrub after using the foam. I found a guy on YouTube who detailed RV’s and basically bought what he listed.

I use that same electric Greenworks pressure washer, and foam gun for my cars. Then I use the maxi-suds in the foam cannon. I live down a muddy road so the grime is pretty thick on the lower sides of the vehicle. It seems to work extremely well. I would just advise to use a 40 degree tip when rinsing with the pressure washer so you reduce the chances of damaging your finish.

Adams polishes brand Foam Cannon kit works fantastic. Chemical Guys is another brand which someone mentioned already. I’ve used both and found Adam’s brand to be slightly better. I’ll never go back to other methods. It takes me about 20-30 min total to wash The outside of my F150. After 3-4 neighbors saw me using it they bought one too. Lol.
Edit: forgot to add that I noticed after using the Adams products that my truck didn’t need to be washed As frequently. Many times in the past as soon as it rained my truck was back to being a mess. Seems like the products I was using in the past weren’t necessarily all that great at truly “protecting” my vehicle.
