I just want to say kudos to the OP for making a change. shite isn’t easy. It’s about creating a new lifestyle through changing engrained habits. Just remember it’s not about how quick you lose the weight, it’s about building a more healthy lifestyle that suits you. There’s no one way to do that.

Time for breakfast is an issue for me as well but breakfast is an important way to start the day energy - wise. For me, a cup of Triple Greek yogurt topped with a liberal spoonful of blueberries & I am good in a matter of minutes. Blueberries and small portions of almonds are a good snack combo mid morning. For me. Hot green tea is much better for you than diet cokes...recently went to Japan & that is all they drink over there & its population is a 10000 times healthier.
