I remember someone here posted that when it came out. I had kind of forgotten about him but got pretty excited for his future with the team.

It is going to be interesting to see if we let him stay in Australia or keep him in on our roster next year. He's good enough for us to give him a roster spot, but I think it depends on what we do with our draft picks.

Moore probably. Like him and all but not sure if he’s back next season.

Locks to return: Zion, BI, Hart, Melli, Zo, JJ, Kenrich (they love him), Jax, Jrue

Probable: Favors, NAW, Zylan

On the Fence: Frank

Gone IMO: Okafor, Moore, Miller, Thornwell, Gray

Where are you expecting NAW to go?

Well he said probable. Meaning probably stay. But could possibly be used in a trade.

Well, Jrue is a lot more likely to get traded than NAW, and he had Jrue as a lock, but this is definitely derailing the thread.

Barring trades the following roster spots from this year will remain-

Zion, BI, Ball, Jrue, Hayes, Hart, NAW, Redick, Melli (9)

FAs likely back-

Jackson, Williams (2)

That leaves up to 4 roster spots for -

Favors, Moore, Okafor, Didi, Thornwell, #12-13 draft pick, up to 3 2nd rounders, MLE

Likely 2 way-

Cheatem and maybe Gray.

I would guess we keep the 1st 11 and add a center (likely Favors) and one draft pick (1st rounder). That gives us 2 open spots for either an MLE guy and/or Didi. I kinda hope they bring Didi over so that they can see him up close and control his development.

the question of what roster spot any new guy takes will be incredibly relevant thru zions rookie deal and the life span of the lakers trade.

another reason I hope they trade out of the 2020 draft.

back to louzada and that question, I think he takes Jackson’s spot and Moore will be back.

The staff seems to be pretty high on Frank though.

I disagree. If Frank continues to grow and Didi takes off then there is no spot for moore on the team. Also I'd rather use the money from Moore to target a backup PG or help with center.

He’s only 22 and will be extremely cheap to sign.

I don't think that we keep Gray as a 2-way player -- we just cut him for Thornwell for the bubble.

I think we keep Cheatham as a 2-way for another year and plan to make our other one one of our 2nd-round picks. I don't think that we keep Moore, but if we do keep him, it will be for one year, and it will mean stashing Didi for another year.

I think that Moore and Didi are the same roster spot -- it's just a question of whether the switch is this coming year or the year after that.
