Why not convert it to a bum shelter and have all of the bums staying in the NOLA Hilton relocate there?

not sure how big the property was but a nice gas station would have done good there. it will still be a shithole now as that whole area is a slum.

Only time I ever saw cars there was right after Katrina when people were extremely desperate

Somehow they stayed open for years with only foot traffic
