Smoked my first brisket on the new smoker. A lot of room for improvement, but it was better than what I though would come out.

We made and ate a couple of quickly made Hamburgers as we put 58 bags of purple hull peas into the freezer today. Hopefully tomorrow we will start canning green beans, if the farmer's market provides.
