I wish. I’m the only one in there. No one else shows up until after lunch. And the girls that do show up are not cardio bunnies.

Wish I could go before. Gym opens at 5 now due to covid and I have to be at work for 6. When they go back to 24/7, going to do my cardio before work, and lift after.

i've always loved going first thing in the morning (usually around 5) but i've had to switch things up with all of this going on lately and the one downside is im definitely stronger later in the day.

I swear. I was warming up by 5:15 a.m. Getting it done first thing makes me feel good.

Good for you.

I'll have to console myself that 6 pm technically comes before 6 am. I respect morning people, but can't do it myself.

I love working out early , done by 6am with workout and breakfast and then do a run walk 2 miles with the beagle.
