Im not willing to go out on a limb like you and presume that this guy who was hired to be our passing game coordinator was also hired to coach our Quarterback.

Im just not a gambling man.

Great points. I agree. Let's hope Joe's leadership abilities and his "burning desire" have influenced Brennan in positive ways.

all the articles spell out in no unclear terms why he was brought in.

He was brought into help coach up every young QB we have. He is proficient in all parts of the offense and adjust the offense to the talent LSU has. In addition, just as important he was brought in to improve the spread offense we have, specifically in the red zone and 3rd down. He is proficient in both the running game and passing game and should contribute to both.

He can do both. He coached dak and zeke their first years together. He ran the read option perfectly with those guys.

I appreciate the theory but we have no idea the effect.

All I want to happen is no change and Linehan is here to make sure the timing is right.
Of course, the PGC will work wth the Qb's.

and Joe Brady made half of what E made last year

Linehan was hired and paid the exact same.

Linehan at the very least is your co-offensive coordinator. They do not trust Ensminger to do this on his own, and rightfully so, as he has never proven that he could.

Why do you need a theory? What about the possibility that he was brought in to be the passing game coordinator? It doesn't have to be complicated.

yes it does ... this is the rant.
nothing can be as it is or simple

E has not wanted a full time position and has turned it down many times...
Could it be that sharing the position takes pressure off E and allows us to keep him in a job he enjoys?

Doug Nussmeier recommended Linehan for the job after he turned the PGC job himself ( as he wants to remain in the NFL). Also to watch his son play QB his last year. FACT

Count how many passes from the line of scrimmage to where the wr catches the ball is more than 10 yards. Less than 7 more than 5.
