I was very nervous. More than any game I’ve ever watched.

17-7, I was getting kind of depressed and shell shocked

But, it died pretty quick

Not very. There was never a moment when I wasn’t fairly sure we were going to win. When we took the lead I was confident it was all but over.

With Joe Burrow at QB I never thought LSU was in danger of losing any game.

I knew they weren’t shutting down our offense. It was just a matter of time. And the defense kept us in the game early.

Same, wasn’t that a great feeling to have such confidence in your team... hope the Saints were taking notes on how not to choke in the dome during a playoff game!

My anus could have turned rock into diamonds up until Marshall’s TD in the 4th.

I wasn’t nervous at all, even down ten. That team was not going to lose.

Very. I was puckered until after we went up 17 and Trevor fumbled.

I was nervous. That old ghost started trying to haunt me, but I still kept saying, even out loud, "They're going to turn it around." And, "This is the possession, it's going to change now." And it started to change. As soon as I saw the defense get blood thirsty, I knew the offense couldn't be silenced for long, and it was over for Clemson.

I was very nervous at 17–7. But then I told myself that they weren’t exactly dominating the line of scrimmage, they just had us off balance. That gave me hope that we would adjust and come back.

Not nervous at all. After the Auburn game I’ve confidence in this team like no other. Even down 17-7 I wasn’t worried that we’d lose.

I thought back to when LSU was down ten early to OSU in '07 and it made me feel better.
