Best Z-Wave plus hub?

Background: I’ve got several “works with Alexa” light switches and plugs around my house. No hub needed. They connect via Wi-Fi.
We have had entry door deadbolts with a push button code entry for several years. I got them just before connected locks became a thing for home use. This week one of them finally crapped out so I am replacing it and the new deadbolt has Z-Wave plus built in.
I am going to need a hub in order to access the full functionality of the lock. What hubs are recommended currently? I know the SmartThings hub has been around a while. Is it the most solid? Just want to make sure I get something that isn’t going to have to be reset 4 times a week and that is robust enough to handle the inevitable expansion of smart devices I am about to undertake once I have this hub.

Smarthings or hubitat.
Both work with zwave. They also are local and don't need to use the cloud.
They also allow for user programming. You can use them with other home automations programs like Home Assistant or openHAB.

My SmartThings hub has been in use for over 6 months and I’ve never had to reset it.

Been using SmartThings for over 2 years and haven't had any issues. I don't think I've ever had to reboot the hub itself. Now I've had issues with a couple bulbs and light switches but nothing that couldn't be resolved.
The one thing I will say is that for some reason Samsung decided to release a completely new app which is garbage to the "classic" app. The classic app is still supported and would recommend using it. It's possible the new app is better now but I haven't looked at in a few months.

SmartThings hub with IFTTT to tie things together that are compatible, likely not much better than Alexa or Google's thing, but at least they don't listen in.
It's been doing well for a couple years now, only mess with it to add more actions/devices. It just works.

I always chuckle when people say this. Do you not think the smartphone that you are posting from is listening?

i'm going to call it: IFTTT sucks balls.
i hate that stringify went away because i'd say probably 80% or greater of my IFTTT stuff doesn't work right. almost none of my hue routines function anymore and when they screwed the pooch getting rid of craiglist notifications i gave them the

That's not what I said at all... just an admission that I'm well well aware that data is being shared outside of my network by the Smart hub and devices, my point was THEY alone don't have a microphone (that I'm aware of). Anything else with an intact mic can and is likely being used against you.
