Seeing Lana Del Rey tonight - updates coming

GAAAAAA it's so hard to believe, mates. I'll really see Queen Rey in person in less than two months! Sad for those of you who live in flyover country TBH. Saints at Seahawks and then LDR 10 days later. Maybe ya'll can save up for a trip out West and live the dream for a handful of days.

It's a good cover - I'm really digging the songs I've heard so far.
Venice Bitch sounds like the Doors and the Byrds had a baby, Mariners Apt Complex is top 5 song in her entire catalog and Hope is solid. I've heard shes mediocre to bad live in concert so I'll be pleasantly surprised if shes decent.
If John Mayer or Noel Gallagher would play a show out here I'd be set.

I just checked out the "Born to Die" live version from Lolla 2018. Good god are those girls in the crowd loud as hell. And the amount of cellphones.... Not that I'm judging or have any room to do so.

Yah I'm hoping girls in Portland will be less basic and annoying. This will be the first concert I ever go to where the majority of the crowd will be girls under 20. Also weirdly looking forward to it in a creepy kinda way

Lana used to be great but hasn’t been solid since ultraviolence, really disappointing though because she used to be amazing

She’s only had one album since ultraviolence and it was very solid. Honeymoon was top to bottom not as strong as UV but a few songs (Blackest Day, Love, High by beach) are in her top 10).
