Like I said in another thread... If we can banned from the CL because of FFP bullshite, everything that the club has done since new ownership took over would still be worth it.

100%.
I’d love to win the Champions League, but it’s my least favorite competition of them all. Rarely does the best win, like the NCAAB tourney, and there’s far too many politics involved.
I want to compete in the thing every year, but if we’re banned I won’t lose any sleep over what is essentially a dick measuring contest between the club and UEFA.

Still pissed over yesterday's match.
City dominated 95% of that match, yet two defensive hiccups cost points.
Personally, I think the absence of Vinny was the difference in this match. No way he would have let Lucas just waltz in without anyone to mark him, and maybe he would have kept the back tighter and prevented Lamela from scoring.
I believe a 2-0 score in the second half would have led to a couple more scores as Tottenham got more and more disillusioned, but City kept them in the match with crucial defensive breakdowns we haven't seen in a couple years.

Seemed like all the calls went Spurs. Nobody thought it was a handball including players on both sides. Once again VAR steps in and ruins a game. Quickly becoming as controversial as Instant Replay in the NFL.
If we could’ve pulled the W yesterday the next 5 were winners for sure.

How much do y’all pay UEFA each year for these cotton candy groups?

Awesome, now OT, I’d really like to see Benzema finally get a shot. His doc was really good how he was basically shunned his whole career from the team. Can’t remember if it was on Netflix or Prime but worth a watch.

Laporte injury looks bad.

Been reading some very depressing articles about LaPorte.
He’s in hospital. Looked like it might be just a deep bruise the way he got hit, but obviously it’s something more serious. Maybe a broken or dislocated knee cap.

That would suck, but is less serious than ACL.

So are we just going to roll with Otamendi and Fernandinho? What’s the back up plan- Zinchenko?

How close is Stones to being fit?
At least we have the international break to sort some of this out.

Believe Pep said he'd be back after international break.

Laporte out until 2020 after surgery for cartilage and meniscus damage.
