I picked up some Saint-André at Calandro's the other day. It's a triple creme soft cheese like a brie or camembert
but smoother. Very creamy with an edible rind. Super good.

Yeah I love to melt that one on some warm bread with a touch of orange marmalade jelly.

The Merlot was my favorite until I tried the bourbon. It has a sweeter (almost sugary) taste than the merlot variant.
