Again......Waters can't come back now. You can only declare for draft once and come back. He's done.. Reid hired an agent, he's done. All the others could come back unless they hire an agent.

Look at how much Carson Edwards (6'0), Ky Bowman (6'1), and Markus Howard (6'1) improved their stock by coming back for their Junior seasons. Chris Clemons (5'9) also went from likely undrafted to a potential second round pick. shite basically every undersized PG in this years mocks are guys that came back to improve their stock as upperclassmen.

There are currently 4 players under 6ft in the nba. Waters isnt getting drafted and I doubt he ever plays in the nba.

Trey is a hell of a player, however, for every one of his dazzling highlights, there are 5 horrible turnovers/ ill-advised him passes

Curry is 6'3 Waters is 5'9 That's a pretty gigantic difference. Show me sub 6 foot players drafted in the 1st round of the NBA draft last decade

I don't think anyone is insinuating that Waters can become a first round pick if he has a good year next year. However, if he enters the draft right now HE WILL NOT BE DRAFTED. He DOES have something to gain by coming back to college. There have been sub 6'0 PGs who have improved their stock by returning to college and playing better in later years.

Steph Curry didn't enter the draft after an amazing sophomore year (much better than Waters') because of doubts about his size. He came back his junior year and proved he wasn't a complete liability on defense. Boom, top ten pick.
Pretty sure Steph Curry improved his ball handling or at least ran the point more as a Junior which improved his standing.

You can hire one as long as you terminate the contract by the set date.

Waters can’t come back.
Naz said he was one and done from the start.
The rest come back.

Mays, Smart, Williams are doing a smart thing. Get feedback, go through the process, so they can improve their weaknesses and polish their strengths that are identified. As well as practicing so when they do go for real, they have experience with everything.

If Reid comes back , it will be to work on his outside shot. He has no intention of playing any position but facing the goal at any level . He grew up playing guard, & I don't think he understands playing the four or five position well enough to get by in the NBA. I hope he's all pro , but I'm afraid if he is it will be overseas .

I agree Naz's abilities are undeniable but I actually think he could be a high 1st round pick next year if he came back and polished his post moves.

Had a conversation with a coworker a couple days ago and said his success in the NBA could be dependent upon where the organization wants him to play. If they let him play 4 spot, I think he flourishes, 5 spot he may struggle.

Reid got pushed around pretty good by Michigan States’ big men.
