Two years after leaving office, Joe Biden couldn’t resist the temptation last year to brag to an audience of foreign policy specialists about the time as vice president that he strong-armed Ukraine into firing its top prosecutor.
In his own words, with video cameras rolling, Biden described how he threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in March 2016 that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending the former Soviet republic toward insolvency, if it didn’t immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.
“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden recalled telling Poroshenko.
“Well, son of a bitch, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,” Biden told the Council on Foreign Relations event, insisting that President Obama was in on the threat.
Interviews with a half-dozen senior Ukrainian officials confirm Biden’s account, though they claim the pressure was applied over several months in late 2015 and early 2016, not just six hours of one dramatic day. Whatever the case, Poroshenko and Ukraine’s parliament obliged by ending Shokin’s tenure as prosecutor. Shokin was facing steep criticism in Ukraine, and among some U.S. officials, for not bringing enough corruption prosecutions when he was fired.
But Ukrainian officials tell me there was one crucial piece of information that Biden must have known but didn’t mention to his audience: The prosecutor he got fired was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into the natural gas firm Burisma Holdings that employed Biden’s younger son, Hunter, as a board member.
U.S. banking records show Hunter Biden’s American-based firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, received regular transfers into one of its accounts — usually more than $166,000 a month — from Burisma from spring 2014 through fall 2015, during a period when Vice President Biden was the main U.S. official dealing with Ukraine and its tense relations with Russia.
Pretty obvious case of a quid pro quo corruption scandal using U.S. tax payer money as leverage to enrich himself through this son.
Could you image if the names were changed from Joe Biden to Donald Trump and Hunter Biden to Don Trump Jr.?
Crickets from CNN.

I think it's funny how shite like this goes on all the time.
-Hillary funneled mining contracts to her brother in Haiti.
-Maxine Waters strongly canpign to send funding of some sort to the bank in which her husband worked.
So much horseshite goes on and they've been bitching for years about Trump not totally relinquishing control of his hotels...

I don't either.
But this is a clear case of criminal activity here. Amazingly it will be ignored.

Read Peter Schweizer’s “Secret Empires”. He calls out republicans and democrats for the process of using “princelings”, which are close family members to politicians who gain lucrative financial benefits from foreign countries in order to gain affiliation with the politician. Quid pro quo’s, if you will.
Joe Biden and John Kerry’s sons started the Rosemont lobbying firms. Not only did Hunter Biden get on board of the Ukraine’s Burisma company, but he also struck huge deals with China at the same time Biden was there to discuss policy regarding the South China Sea. He even accompanied his father one the same trip the deal was struck. Rosemont was given unlimited access to the Chinese market with funding from Chinese tax payers.
Not bad for a brand new lobbying firm with a bunch of 30 something year olds running it.

Here is some more info on the China deal from the Hill...
Laughingly the WH spokesperson said Hunter is a private citizen, blah blah. Do private citizens get to take AF2 to sign the deals, where can I sign up.

Hunter Biden, who arrived in China aboard Air Force Two alongside the vice president and the rest of the U.S. delegation, was at the time in control of Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC., a private equity firm that would go on to strike a deal with the state-owned Bank of China to create a $1 billion joint investment fund.

Ive been of the Mueller is ourguy camp. His team was chock full of campaign finance types from Hillary's orbit. I wonder then, if during the course of his investigation, he was going after all of these types of deals. Maybe he was focused on the really corrupt foreign influence types, like Qatar, China, and Russia. Would be so funny if in releasing the mueller report and the grand jury info all of it is based on their findings on this topic. That would be a Sun-Tzu tier plot twist.

He extorted $166,000 per month for his family from a foreign government.
Wow, I'm shocked the left isn't up in arms.
