Worked at a country bar in college for 2 years and I hate this song. I heard it 3 or 4 times a night every night. Loved Steve Earle in The Wire though.

It's a good song but there are at least half a dozen other songs on that album just as good that never get airplay.

To line dance to that song is a travesty. That’s just a song that you sit back and drink a few beers to. Boot scoot boogie is a line dance song.

I was a huge Steve Earle fan through Transcendental Blues. The Mountain and Train A' Comin' are both exceptional albums. He sort of lost me on the back end of his career, but I have high hopes for this new album of Guy Clark covers.

Agree. I love I Feel Alright, El Corazon, The Mountain and Transcendental Blues. Jerusalem and The Revolution. starts now are meh. I did like Washington Square Serenade.
