Anybody have any experience with sending off a broken pair of Costa’s and getting them fixed? A piece of my frame by the ear cleaned snapped. TIA

Yeah it’s like $15 and the turnaround is pretty quick. Depending on the model with will repair or replace.

Both times I've sent pairs back they just sent me a brand new pair.

Just did this exact thing this month. My glasses were still wearable but the arm got caught between my hat and my ear and bent where hard plastic and soft plastic met. After that happened, you could take the arm about halfway down and just bend it back and forth.
I filled out the form and they made me authorize my cc for an $80 charge in case they made repairs. I also paid to ship them. They sent me a brand new pair and only charged me the $12 or so shipping fee. Overall great experience that took about 1.5wks.

are you sure you guys are getting brand new pairs including lens or just brand new frames. I sent in probably 5-6 and the only times i got completely brand new sets is when the current frame I had was discontinued. They will pop your lens into new frames. The will charge 99 to replace a lens.

I sent back 2 pairs they quit making. Asked me to choose 2 new styles and they sent those. Pretty easy.

I had a situation were I broke an arm off a pair of cuts, in tortiose color with green lens, they sent back my same lenses but in a black frame, called them up they said they’d take care of it, couple days Later brand new pair of cuts just like I’d sent in.
