I got 3.25% mortgage back in 2011. And, the markets have been taking off like gangbusters, until the last few months...

I cringed this week when I saw my stock portfolio shed about 3K. Thanks, Trump.

Maybe we could start offsetting it by stopping all aid to shithole countries, illegal aliens and slothful types that don't want to be responsible for their own welfare.

Got 3.75% here in 2016.

Fair market value has already increased significantly, due to market and improvements I've made. Bought at $147k. Estimated value now is $191k.

Nice to actually be ahead on something in life.

I have had a home loans for 10%, 6%, 4.5% and currently have one at 3%.

I am pretty sure my parents had one in the teens back in the 80s.

We should all be grateful to Bush and Obama for tanking the economy and bringing home loan interest down.

We can actually go back one more President for loan auto interest being reduced to 0%. 0% auto loans did not really exist until after 9/11/2001. Thanks to Clinton for ignoring the terrorist threat and letting our country be attacked.

Terrorist act was committed under Bush and Cheney. They ignored intelligence. Most attackers were saudi Arabia. (Trump's best friends after Putin) Bush then Sealed info of his administrations failure to protect our country..fact. then lied to Americans and led us to a unnecessary war in Iraq, costing trillions, thousand of needless Americans lives lost..

Hah. I was in the mortgage business in the mid-80's when interest rates were 14-15%. Back in 1982 they were 17-18%.
