So is Trump's backbone and toughness why Democrats resort to harassment?

Traditionally, the GOP leadership is weak and bend to Democrats putting pressure on them no matter the tactic,...and is that not what our axe is with the GOP all these years? they have no back bone (speaking as a Conservative voted, who is register as Republican)

Hillary said that "civility will not return until they win back the house and senate...."

..."because Republicans are trying to destroy what Dems stand for"...

The political fight is always an intellectual debate on the issues and more importantly about the role of the Federal government. Right?

I am perplexed how Democrats are justifying their actions like it's moral high ground they are standing on to do so. They are encouraging more harassment...which is going to lead to violence and very bad response once this goes too far.

If you have to resort to organizing paid protesters, intimidation of public servants eating dinner or public speaking engagements, doxxing, attempted assignations, character destruction (bogus sexual assault charges) to win a political debate on the direction of the country, then maybe your political ideas suck?

please advise

Radicals seize power by any means necessary. This predates Marx, even.

Actual political power is more important to them than anything - including money. Even money is a means to more power.

Sounds like white privilege mixed with some Patriarchy and sprinkled with a little cisgender conformity.

What's really best for the county is if all men are physically and mentally weak childlike sheep who cower in fear at all hours and make no decisions or keep any wealth for themsleves.

They hated George W Bush and he was without a spine.

The hate begins with party but Trump giving back, in spades, what they deliver has ratcheted up the hatred all the more.

Install themselves (Marxist SJWs) as a permanent "nobility" class.

Because they know best.

Ever since she made that statement every Dem political pundit keeps bringing up the Tea Party as being radical and out of control as their example of being non civil. However, when asked for evidence of that they have no examples. One guy said last night - bringing guns to their rallies. I guess the dumb shite doesn't realize that's okay in some states unless there is an ordinance stating otherwise.

This is the problem with your stance.

Traditionally politics was indeed the fight of a more intellectual debate on differing ideas. Those who would argue based on emotions over logic were generally weeded out. Even things like the Great Society were argued on far more of a logical cause/effect level than the emotional shrieking we find today.

As the common voter has gained access to faster information and larger megaphones what we see is a large population of emotional debaters as well as those willing to outright lie (whether it's to sow dissension or just chaos). These people feed each other through their confirmation biases and wrap it all up in a vacuum of like-minded thought.

My mother has always been fairly level-headed but over the past year she's turned into the stereotypical FB re-poster of anything she sees that supports her political beliefs without doing a single bit of fact-checking. We align politically so it pains me to see her posting easily disproven bullshite.

To put it all into a nutshell, this goes back to my belief in the a-hole Eventuality. The larger a group gets, the more likely it becomes that some a-hole will join. As more assholes join, the original mission of the group will begin to distort. What we're seeing is the a-hole Eventuality of so many people with little ability and/or desire for logical debate entering the arena and shitting on it with their emotional fulminations.

The Trump family made it's money by being aggressive and using the system to it's advantage.

Donald Trump has acquired what can only be described as "frick You" money.

He's hated for his successes. He's hated for his methods to gain success. He's hated because he doesn't coddle the Whiners and the "Why Not Me" crowd.

He has bypassed the traditional pathways to political power and has kissed only the babies he's wanted to. I doubt that he's kissed much arse either.

It's not backbone, it's his life habits and desire to win that irks the shirker crowd.

I'm pretty sure they do it, because they think it works. Thanx to their weak parents.
