How do you order some if you don’t have a Facebook? I only found a Facebook page and it says he is taking pre-orders but no other website or contact number.

Believe he's at the Gretna and Abita markets on the weekends. I saw a post yesterday that he was sold out the next two weeks of pork. Believe he does 400lbs a week. His boudin is the only one I'll buy now

There seems to be a pretty big demand for his boudin. His pork boudin is back ordered for weeks. You can only message through Facebook to order some. Pretty shitty operation. Dude is doing himself a big disservice by not upgrading equipment to up production to meet demand. And only ordering through FB

It looks delicious and looks to be gaining a following since he is backordered for a couple of weeks. I guess I’ll have to go to Gretna to place an order. If his boudin is as good as it appears to be, I hope he does something ab the ordering process soon.
