So he is hedging against self-incrimination in the criminal case involving him? It looks like Michael Avenatti has him by the balls. Hannity and Trump should have found a more competent fixer instead of the excuse for a lawyer that Cohen is.

You seem to have a lot invested in this seeing as the Russia thing is winding down.

May I suggest not being near any ledges or have any sharp objects within reach when this also turns out to be a giant nothing burger?

I just find it funny that two prominent, rich guys have enlisted the services of Cohen, a graduate of the worst law school in the country who has taken the fifth in a civil case brought on by a porn star. He will most surely lose and give up whatever he has on Trump and/or Hannity. Cohen is an embarrassment, just like his clients.

The other thread got buried because it makes the god emperor look bad. I'm sure this thread will get buried in favor of complaints about Yeezus. Sheesh!

Trump Russia is just hotting up.

And the cases are linked. If you'd bothered to read the Steele Dossier you'd know how.

Is this how you think being a lawyer works? You just sue them and they give up any privileged information about their clients you want as a result? You catch a lawyer in a criminal act and he can just disclose privileged information about his clients to avoid criminal penalties?

Bet all those prosecutors are kicking themselves out there for not thinking of your brilliant strategy.

If the criminal act was something his client had knowledge he was planning to do then yes, information pertaining to that discussion with the client can be given up as a bargaining chip for the prosecutor to present in court, since that information is not privileged.

You've got it backwards. They should stand right on the ledge while juggling knives. Really BIG, sharp, pointy, off balance knives. The more, the better!

Oh, that ledge thing? A ledge really really high up and very very narrow and crumbly. Preferably a ledge on a Trump building.

The world according to points:

All political opponents are guilty until proven innocent. And then you just pretend they are guilty.

Avenatti colluding with Mueller is good.

Anenatti has nothing, and while the FBI is investigating Cohen, he will get nothing. Cohen will be investigated and will avoid Stormy’s vaginitis for years!

Poor points. No Putin, No Russian collusion, no obstruction, no WikiLeaks collusion, and no impeachment!

All that points has is Stormy’s worn out vagina and her mouthpiece! Lower expectations day after day!
