My go to was beefeaters until someone gave me a bottle of Plymouth. It is now my go to.

There is an awesome distillery just outside of Austin called Revolution. They distribute their gin throughout Texas and it is awesome.

Hendricks if you are just starting out. Good and smooth, but not made with juniper berries, so missing a key gin element.

Thanks you all for the suggestions. Now I just have to widdle it down to one $50-60 or two $25 bottles. Anyone know what brands Costco carries (I think I recall seeing the Unity one mentioned)
