Can Flynn and Popodoplous(sp) and Manafort get off?

I’m not a lawyer, but I imagine it would have to be investigated. If the memo is found to be correct then I think it would have to be fruit of the poison tree.

Flynn definitely will. His sentencing was mysteriously postponed a few days ago (Mueller knew what was in the memo).

If the charges are dropped against Flynn, the entire left world will die

Not a lawyer but Mueller is feeling the power structure ”Schiff” beneath his feet!

because really thats the only point to any of this. you just dont want trump investigated.

The trickiest part is coming back from the guilty plea, not just getting evidence thrown out.
There is more than just the memo though. People named IN the memo questioned flynn.

I'm not sure on Manafort because his indictments really have more to do with money laundering and tax evasion pre Trump canidacy
If I were PapaD, I would quickly stop cooperating with the SC. Same with Flynn and if I were their attorney, I would tell Mueller or Weissman or whomever was in front of me, to eat shite.....then I would sue Fusion GPS, the Law Firm (Coie), Glenn Simpson, personally and even Christopher Steele

Trump has been investigated for 2 years, legally and illegally. No PROOF has ever been found.
You just don’t want to drop the distraction of the pointless investigation.

Do you support the illegal acts of the FBI?

Yes. We have some clients that got off when the cop was found to be dirty.

This memo lays out a blueprint on how to attack the validity of the FISA warrant by defense attorneys. If the court rules that the FISA warrant and its extensions should not have been granted then all the evidence obtained through the warrant is subject to exclusion. Further, any evidence obtained by the use of the illegally obtained evidence is also subject to exclusion.( Fruit of the poisonous tree.)

If the investigations themselves were started based on knowingly-false or inaccurate evidence, there could be a case for throwing out the charges. This sort of thing happens all the time when "guilty" people weren't read their rights or proper warrants weren't obtained, etc.
This could be why the Flynn sentencing was postponed.

But ask six different lawyers and you get seven different answers.

Well, they both plead so they waived a lot of rights when they did that, including motions to suppress evidence. However, this is "new" evidence that, had it been known at the time, might have lead them to a decision other than to plead guilty, so they might file a motion for new trial and hope they can start the whole thing over again.
