Tell me what about this guy's resume makes him qualified to run the Athletic Department at LSU?
A university doesn’t look at an AD for wins and losses. They are evaluated by dollar signs and the money they bring in. Firing coaches with giant money left on their contracts is what will get Alleva fired and nothing else. That’s why I will not be surprised if Canada hangs around. Let’s be honest, it would take years of losing for people to stop going to football games. Corporate sponsorships keeps it rolling even if your average Joes refuse to pay ridiculous fees for a poor product. I don’t like or support Alleva but he isn’t going anywhere as long as the money train continues.

Unfortunately, money talks. If he's bringing in money, the chances of him being shown the door are slim.
This is such bs. The AD has money because the success of Saban and Les. The football program was #3 in program worth before he was even hired.
Only Michigan and Texas we're bringing in more money.
He has done nothing. Other programs have passed LSU up.

This makes it sound like LSU was deeply in the red and Alleva’s genius imput turned it around. Nothing can be further from the truth. Most people with some common sense can keep LSU’s Athletic Department with decent financial numbers.

The word of a crack whore stripper is more important than that of your own coach and student athletes. Forget about the evidence. At least, that’s how it was for the Pres, AD and 80+ faculty at Duke. That’s unforgiveable to me.

If we can just get rid of this putz, I swear I’ll never complain about another AD.
Pretty much anyone would be better.

A fan base too stupid to appreciate Skip Bertman as AD and Les Miles as Head Coach deserves Joe Alleva and Ed Orgeron. Imho fwiw

Just compare what we had 15 years ago to what we have now. Emmert, Bertman (AD), Saban, Jimbo, Muschamp, etc... Now F#ing Alexander, Aleva, O, and Aranda and Zero for OC. Tell me again why the future is bright.

But he's the die hard O fans (not LSU fans) hero. Ask anyone of them and they will tell you that Alleva should not be replaced.
Really? I thought the one common thread here is that we all hate Alleva.

If Alleva goes then there goes Os security blanket. O and Alleva are joined at the hip right now.
