Considering the fact that the Reds have completely tanked as a franchise since Dusty left and how the Nationals were perennial chokers long before Dusty put on the curly W hat, I would say D.C. sports are more cursed.

10 90+ win seasons with 1 pennant. 23-31 in the playoffs. Dude is an ok manager who chokes in October.
