Need a good post workout stretching routine. Nothing too fancy. Just a good, short stretch.

I'll have to look this up because I started doing this "naturally" pretty recently. I just moved until I felt a really strong satisfying yet slightly painful stance. And i definitely looked like my dog making a grumper in the Y.

I started doing PIYO like twice a week and experience zero soreness from my other workouts. The trainer is milftastic also.
