What do you have and what are you looking to do? My family actually runs a shop that specializes in ATV/SxS stuff. Fabrication, parts, etc. :shamelessplug:

Dana's Golf Carts in Industriplex, but he actually subs all the paintwork out.
Just duck into a local body shop and ask the painter.
They'll usually paint a golf cart for a few $100's and a case of beer.
