Where will Stu play in Jurgens formation? When will we see him wearing a USA jersey?

Who is this Stuart Holden you speak of?

Depends on the formation, but I would think he would probably move into Clint's position behind the striker and Clint would move out left. Gomez could shift right, thereby removing Zusi from Friday's lineup.
It's possible if it's a 4-2-3-1 that he plays in one of the 2 positions, but I think Jones and Bradley have that on lockdown.

I'm not really expecting anything. If he makes it all the way back, great. He's a pretty long way away I would think.
As for a position, he's just a central midfielder to me. Don't like the idea of him playing as a 10 at all. He could fill in on the right, although I'm kind of tired of central midfielders playing out wide. He at least crosses the ball well, whereas I have no idea what Williams adds when he's on the right.

I would rather see him not wearing anything.

He's a central mid. Very similar to Arteta in that he is a volume tackler and a hard worker. He does a good job of getting attacks going when possession turns over, and one of the few american players that understands (like Bradley) how to play the simple passes and keep possession.
I really believe that Bradley and Holden in our midfield would give us the ability to complete with the top 20 teams in the world.

I'd play Stu over Gomez.
I would rather Gomez on the wing than Holden.
